Mission Context
ArsenalOS is the digital backbone of Anduril's hardware enterprise. It connects the full lifecycle—from concept to build to field feedback—into one operating environment built for speed, traceability, autonomy, and continuous improvement. This isn't just software for design and planning; it's the factory-facing infrastructure that connects operators, machines, test systems, and OT networks into a unified, adaptive Build Chain.
This is not a support function. ArsenalOS is a strategic investment in how Anduril out-builds, out-adapts, and out-scales the traditional defense industrial base.
Overview
As our factories scale and operate at increasingly high rates, the complexity of the infrastructure stack is growing just as quickly. We're deploying servers, networking, and compute environments into live production settings that cannot stop—and we need someone to own that execution at the site level.
We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to act as the central coordination point for factory infrastructure deployment. You'll lead the buildout of system administration, servers, networking, and OT infrastructure while ensuring alignment across internal teams and external vendors.
This is not a passive coordination role. This is a hands-on, technical execution-focused position responsible for ensuring that the foundational infrastructure required to run the factory is deployed correctly, on time, and aligned with production needs. You are the person who ensures the infrastructure layer of the factory is built, integrated, and ready to support operations.
What You’ll Do
You will own the infrastructure deployment layer of the factory.
- Act as the primary point of contact for factory infrastructure deployment at a given site
- Coordinate the end-to-end buildout of servers, networking, and system administration environments
- Drive architecture design reviews through maturity gates from System Requirements Review (SRR) through Preliminary Design Review (PDR) to Critical Design Review (CDR), ensuring designs are reviewed, feedback is incorporated, and infrastructure solutions are ready for deployment
- Drive execution across system administrators, network engineers, systems engineers, and infrastructure teams
- Manage and track work across external vendors and contractors
- Manage and track work through Jira planning tools and Confluence to maintain visibility, drive accountability, and keep execution on track
- Maintain a real-time view of site readiness, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure infrastructure deployments are sequenced correctly and aligned with production schedules
- Work closely with technical architects to ensure deployments meet architectural standards and specifications
- Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders to keep execution aligned
- Step in hands-on when needed to support infrastructure buildout and unblock teams
- Track and manage inventory planning, purchasing, and financial awareness and communicate status across engineering leads and factory systems leadership
- Be the onsite customer facing lead for brownfield and greenfield assessments to capture infrastructure, power, and electrical requirements and translate them back to engineering teams for execution. Willing to travel 30 to 50% of the time.
You are the person who ensures that the infrastructure layer of the factory is built, integrated, and ready to support operations.
What This Role Is (and Isn’t)
This role is:
- A multi-level owner of infrastructure deployment and execution
- The point of contact to Production leaders and MEs
- A driver of timelines, vendor coordination, and delivery
- A translator between architecture, infrastructure teams, and production needs
- A hands-on operator who can engage technically when required
- A force multiplier across teams executing complex deployments
This role is not:
- A traditional project manager tracking tickets
- A purely strategic or planning-focused TPM
- A role that avoids technical engagement
- A role that waits for perfect clarity before acting
What You Need
- Experience managing complex infrastructure deployments such as data center buildouts, OT environments, or factory systems bring-ups
- Experience in one or more of the following: standing up new network environments, data center buildouts, or systems configuration from scratch
- Strong understanding of networking, servers, and system administration
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and external vendors
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stakes production environments
- Comfort making decisions with incomplete information
- High ownership and bias for action
Strong preference if you have experience with:
- Factory or OT (Operational Technology) environments
- Infrastructure buildouts in live production settings
- Baseline IT certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA
- Networking (routing, switching, firewalls) and compute environments
- Working alongside technical architects and ensuring adherence to design standards
- Experience leading cross functional technical teams for requirements kick off to execution
What Success Looks Like
- Infrastructure deployments are executed on time and aligned with production needs
- You take 0 to 1 projects from ambiguity to execution by clarifying unknowns, solving problems, and taking initiative without waiting to be told
- Vendors and internal teams are coordinated effectively with minimal friction
- Site bring-up timelines decrease and infrastructure-related delays are minimized
- Systems are built correctly the first time and align with architectural standards
- Production teams have reliable, ready-to-use infrastructure when needed
Why This Role Matters
Our factories are scaling rapidly, and the infrastructure that supports them must keep pace.
Without strong ownership of infrastructure deployment, timelines slip, vendors become misaligned, and production readiness is impacted.
This role ensures that the physical and digital infrastructure foundation of the factory is delivered reliably, enabling everything else to function.
